Jon + Shannon . engaged

the weather network lied to me. again.

I met up with Jon and Shannon (and Charlie) at Hogs Back Park on what started out as a beautiful, sunny Sunday evening. The first time it started raining, we took cover under some trees until it stopped. It was dry long enough for us to move out of the park and to get near the falls, but then it started coming down again.

hard.

Luckily it wasn’t enough to dampen their spirits, and they were pretty okay with standing in the rain while I was snapping away. In the end, I have to admit I think it’s kinda cool that it rained (but only because Jon and Shannon were cool with it), because it forced me to do things a little differently and improvise a little. And for the record? Pets are always welcome.
