I met Leigh and Shawn for a walk around downtown on a cloudy Friday evening. We started in the courtyards in the Byward Market, walked around back of the National Gallery, and up to Nepean Point. Walking down from the Point through Major’s Hill Park, we spotted JJ Clark doing his evening weather report. Was it just a coincidence that the clouds started to break right after? (doubt it) We made our way around the Chateau Laurier, down to the Locks to catch the sunset, and finished up on Parliament Hill. All in all – not a bad way to spend a Friday evening.
